Well called into Hayling Island Sunday,been as I was in Portsmouth taking
my daughter back to University, and had to pick up my next board,from some
dodgy geazer in the car park at Hayling.
|To my surprise the Demo day was in full flow.
All you had to do was give them your credit card and you could sail just about
any new board and sail combination on the market.
There must have been about 20 to 30 boards on the water,plus another 20 just
lying around the shore,rigged and ready to go.
On the top were about 40 to 50 different types of boards with about 20 sails
a of all sizes just rigged up for show.
New flashy masts and multi colured booms and for some reason loads of Germans.See
