After a heavy night out on the beer the Sat turned into a very nice day with
very little wind showing , so we went on a hunt a beach expedition looking
at several options for different directions should the wind decide to show
its head later in the day , then giving up to do a bit of window shopping
, or sleeping .
But as always the wind never does as its told and by 4pm the battle bus was
being loaded back up with bodies and wetsuits ready to catch the unexpected
breeze developing , Dave was still on a shopping expedition and was quickly
heading back to get picked up . Taking a chance we headed to Ventry for some
blasting . It was the surprise sail of the trip after a dead day then to find
yourselves blasting back and fro in bright sunshine well powered on 6m sails
, we sailed until around 7pm , having a blast and a bit of free styling towards
the end .
after a good sail the beer was going to flow tonight !
